GMCStream's staff learned that at least 23 million US government employees have been hacked and their private, personal data compromised. This hack news follows a daily stream of news about hacks and breaches and nefarious ploys, which have put everyone on-guard. Though, it is not at all clear what to actually do about the onslaught of cyber-attacks.
