Refund Policy

Cancellations of the subscription can only be accepted after 60 days from the date of payment.

If you are not satisfied that our digital Services are the best, you will receive a full refund on all un-downloaded digital issues.

Most digital services refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Your refund request will be processed instantly. However, it may take3-5 business days for it to display on your credit card statement. The refund will be issued in your local currency and will be calculated with the same rate used when you placed your order.

If your refund is not showing as refunded in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us for further assistance.

GMCstream will protect the privacy of all information shared with us when subscribers and non-subscribers access and use our website, applications, products, events, services and other offerings (Services).

Information Collection

We may use information from you in the course of your use of the Services that we offer. That includes information you provide to us when you subscribe or register for any of our digital, printed products, services, or offerings; sign up for newsletters or promotions; participate in a survey; purchase a product or service; use one of our mobile applications; post comments; and/or otherwise communicate with us or interact with the Services.

Once you have registered or otherwise interacted with us, we create a profile for you. We keep your profile up to date by adding information about your registrations or subscriptions, the content you access, how you interact with our offerings, and the like. We also may receive information about you from external sources that are not affiliated with GMCstream and add that to the information you have provided to us. We will not share your data that you provided to us with third parties.

Like most website operators, we use cookies (small data files stored on your computer by your web browser upon visiting any website), web beacons, and similar technologies to operate our Services efficiently and as intended. Through these technologies we may gather information about you, such as your browser type, operating system, IP address, mobile device identification number, and navigation history. Disclosure of Your Information

GMCstream will not contract with other companies to provide certain services on our behalf, including customer service, credit card and billing processing, shipping, subscription fulfillment, research, analytics, list cleansing, postal mailings, email and fax deployment, telemarketing, and other information and business services. We intend to release mobile apps for the Apple and Android operation system. Upon releasing any GMCstream mobile apps, you can review and understand how the app will work, what access it may have to your social media or other accounts, and what choices you may have.

Third-Party Advertising Technologies

When advertisements are displayed to you on our site and applications, one or more persistent cookies will be placed on your computer or device by us or a third party. Some of these third parties may use information about your visits to this site and other websites and usage of applications in order to provide data and targeting recommendations. This may result in your receipt of advertisements about goods and services anticipated to be of interest to you. Please note that we do not control cookies and other data collection technologies that the ad servers may allow or that their advertisers may use. As discussed above, this may result in your receipt of advertisements about goods and services of anticipated interest to you served by these ad servers on third-party sites based on your use of GMCstream’s Services.

Correcting and Updating Your Information

If you are a registered subscriber, you can access your account information and make corrections or updates upon log-in. The accuracy of such information is solely your responsibility. If you request to deactivate your account or delete your PII, we will endeavor to fulfill your request but some PII may persist in backup copies for a certain period of time and may be retained as necessary for legitimate business purposes or to comply with GMCstream’s legal obligations.

Cross-Border Information Transfer

You acknowledge that GMCstream is located in the United States of America (U.S.) and will process and store your information in the U.S. In addition, we may use service providers located outside of the U.S. or which process or store information on our behalf outside of the U.S. GMCstream will comply with the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework and the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from EU member countries and Switzerland. GMCstream adheres to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement.

You remain responsible for protecting your user name and passwords and for the security of information in transit to us over the Internet.

While we try to work only with companies that share our respect for your privacy, we do not take responsibility for the content or privacy polices of their sites, applications, or services. Dispute Resolution

You agree that the laws of the State of Delaware shall govern any dispute relating to privacy.

As new products and services are offered or as existing products and services are improved, we may need to update this policy.
